We founded ADVALO after many years in CFO and senior leadership roles. We built the company we would have chosen ourselves when execution and results truly mattered.

Isabelle Jokimäki
Expertise in finance management and performance improvement, with a background spanning project finance, investment analysis and economic decision support. At ADVALO, she focuses on system implementations and process improvements, particularly within the public sector. Her experience includes KPMG CFO Advisory and organisations in infrastructure, construction and advisory. Master's in Business and Economics from NMBU.
Jahn Asle Mørch Hesla
An experienced finance transformation leader with strong experience from large and complex finance and ERP transformations in both private and public sector organisations. He has held senior leadership roles in larger organisations and has led major ERP programmes involving Dynamics 365, OEBS and NetSuite. His expertise covers finance operating models, process redesign and operational improvement. He works closely with senior management to strengthen finance functions, improve decision support and secure progress in demanding transformation programmes.
Karianne Øye
Deep expertise in finance transformation, finance operations and ERP implementations, with a track record of leading change across financial reporting, systems and operating models. At ADVALO, works closely with management teams, boards and owners on demanding transformation programmes. Background includes senior roles at Schibsted Media, Telenor Digital and Bertel O. Steen. Master's in Economics and Business Administration from NHH.
Martin Alnes
Strong CFO and finance leadership experience, working closely with management teams, boards and owners through growth, transactions and change. At ADVALO, assignments include FSN Capital and Gyldendal ASA. Background includes CFO at Milrab and interim roles via PwC CFO Solutions across Posten, PGS, Klaveness and Schibsted. Morten Bernhardsen
Experienced across CFO, group accounting and senior finance leadership roles, with focus on complex ownership structures, regulated environments and capital market processes. She has strong experience with finance systems and reporting tools, including CCH Tagetik, Power BI and finance process improvement. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
