Martin Alnes
Martin brings strong CFO and finance leadership experience. He works closely with management teams, boards and owners in companies undergoing growth, transactions and change. At ADVALO, his assignments include work for FSN Capital and Gyldendal ASA. His former experience includes CFO responsibility at Milrab, where he led the financial work related to the sale to Open Air Group, including due diligence, refinancing and post-transaction integration. Morten brings experience from CFO, group accounting manager and other senior finance leadership roles. He combines strong financial expertise with a hands-on operational perspective, with particular experience from complex ownership structures, regulated environments and capital market processes. At ADVALO, Morten works as CFO and group accounting manager for PE-backed companies, supporting management teams with reporting, governance, liquidity, financial control and decision support.
