She has worked across contractor, client and advisory environments, giving her a strong understanding of project finance, financial control and business management. Her experience covers budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, investment analysis, ERP procurement and decision support for management teams. She has strong expertise in finance transformation, finance operations and financial advisory, combining deep technical finance competence with a practical understanding of how effective finance organisations support transformation and value creation. At ADVALO, Sarah works closely with management teams on finance transformation, CFO support and financial advisory. Her assignments include PE-backed acquisition cases, Hurtigruten and Lerøy. Her experience includes leadership roles at KPMG and FREYR Battery. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics.
