Sarah Marki Erichsen
Sarah brings experience from CFO, finance manager and advisory roles. She has strong expertise in finance transformation, finance operations and financial advisory, combining deep technical finance competence with a practical understanding of how effective finance organisations support transformation and value creation. At ADVALO, Sarah works closely with management teams on finance transformation, CFO support and financial advisory. Her assignments include PE-backed acquisition cases, Hurtigruten and Lerøy. Her experience includes leadership roles at KPMG and FREYR Battery. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Ragnhild is a senior transformation leader with 20 years of experience from large, complex and capital-intensive companies. She brings strong expertise in business transformation, governance, financial management and performance improvement, combining deep finance experience with a broad understanding of business operations, organisation and technology. At ADVALO, Ragnhild works with executive teams and boards on transformation, operating model design, performance improvement and benefits realisation, helping organisations translate strategic priorities into measurable business impact. Her experience includes senior leadership roles at Statkraft, Equinor and Norsk Hydro, including Senior Vice President and Vice President positions. She holds an MSc in Business Analysis and Performance Management from the Norwegian School of Economics, an MBA in International Management from ESADE, and has completed executive programmes at INSEAD and NHH Executive.
Isabelle Jokimäki
Isabelle brings strong expertise in finance management and performance improvement. She has experience from project-based organisations and has worked across project finance, investment analysis and economic decision support. At ADVALO, Isabelle works with system implementations and process improvements, with particular experience from assignment in the public sector. She supports clients in improving organisational effiiciency and finance processes. Her experience includes KPMG CFO Advisory and organisations within infrastructure, construction and advisory. Isabelle holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from NMBU.
