A PE-backed growth company with 9 entities across 7 countries needed its first consolidated financial statements within a short timeframe. Victoria Rasmussen
Victoria brings a combination of operational finance leadership and transformation experience, enabling her to understand both how finance functions operate and how they can be improved. She works across financial planning, performance management, reporting, processes and finance technology, with a practical approach to turning business needs into effective solutions. Morten Bernhardsen
Morten brings experience from CFO, group accounting manager and other senior finance leadership roles. He combines strong financial expertise with a hands-on operational perspective, with particular experience from complex ownership structures, regulated environments and capital market processes. At ADVALO, Morten works as CFO and group accounting manager for PE-backed companies, supporting management teams with reporting, governance, liquidity, financial control and decision support. His experience includes senior finance roles at Huddlestock Fintech, Midelfart Capital, Navamedic, Bulk Infrastructure, Sector Asset Management and Gjensidige. Morten holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
