A PE-backed growth company with 9 entities across 7 countries needed its first consolidated financial statements within a short timeframe. The result was a structured group reporting process, stronger financial control and a management reporting foundation fit for audit, further growth and a future exit.
Martin Alnes
Martin brings strong CFO and finance leadership experience. He works closely with management teams, boards and owners in companies undergoing growth, transactions and change. At ADVALO, his assignments include work for FSN Capital and Gyldendal ASA. His former experience includes CFO responsibility at Milrab, where he led the financial work related to the sale to Open Air Group, including due diligence, refinancing and post-transaction integration. He also has experience from PwC CFO Solutions, with interim assignments across larger Norwegian companies including Posten, PGS, Klaveness, Magseis Fairfield and Schibsted. Martin holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from NTNU Business School.
Jahn Asle Mørch Hesla
Jahn Asle brings deep expertise in finance transformation, performance management and change execution. He has strong experience from improving finance processes, systems and operating models in complex organisations. At ADVALO, Jahn Asle leads finance transformation programmes and ERP implmentations, and works closely with executive teams on practical improvements in finance organisations. His experience includes leadership roles at Schibsted Marketplaces and ALD Automotive, combined with extensive consulting experience from PwC. Jahn Asle holds an MSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from OsloMet.
Morten Bernhardsen
Morten brings experience from CFO, group accounting manager and other senior finance leadership roles. He combines strong financial expertise with a hands-on operational perspective, with particular experience from complex ownership structures, regulated environments and capital market processes. At ADVALO, Morten works as CFO and group accounting manager for PE-backed companies, supporting management teams with reporting, governance, liquidity, financial control and decision support. His experience includes senior finance roles at Huddlestock Fintech, Midelfart Capital, Navamedic, Bulk Infrastructure, Sector Asset Management and Gjensidige. Morten holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
