Morten Bernhardsen

Morten is an experienced CFO and finance leader with a strong background from demanding finance and leadership roles. He combines deep technical finance expertise with commercial understanding and practical execution. His experience covers financial management, group accounting, consolidation, IFRS reporting, liquidity and balance sheet management, financing, M&A support, performance management, budgeting, forecasting and board reporting. He has held senior finance roles in listed companies, infrastructure, asset management and family office environments. Morten is particularly strong in situations where companies need better financial control, clearer reporting, stronger liquidity management and reliable decision support.
