Senior Manager, CFO Advisory, KPMG AS, 2024–2026
• Advised clients on finance transformation, performance management, financial reporting and finance systems
• Led CCH Tagetik EPM and consolidation implementations for TINE and Amedia as Project Manager and Configuration Specialist
• Led solution design and requirements across financial processes, reporting, master data and system configuration
• Managed project delivery across finance, business and IT, including progress, quality, costs and stakeholders

Group FP&A & ESG Manager / Group Financial Controller, ECIT Norge, 2023–2024
• Led Group budgeting and forecasting, including templates, consolidation, subsidiary follow-up and management reviews
• Led development of Group management reporting, defining KPIs, data requirements and reporting needs with Group management
• Responsible for financial controlling of the Finance & Accounting (F&A) division and shared services, including monthly reporting and follow-up of financial performance through finance reviews
• Responsible for ESG reporting and regulatory follow-up, and onboarding acquired companies into Group finance processes

Finance Director, Kvass Norge, 2022
• Responsible for financial management, consolidation, reporting and development of finance processes
• Led the implementation of Tripletex ERP for an acquired company and integration into Group finance processes and reporting
• Developed integrated management reporting combining OneStop Reporting, Excel-based models and monthly performance analysis

Finance Director, Visma Real Estate, 2021–2022
• Responsible for budgeting, rolling forecasts and monthly reporting across the Real Estate segment, covering P&L, balance sheet and operational KPIs
• Presented segment performance in Group finance reviews and reported to local boards
• Led Visma.net implementation across merging business units, standardising master data, Group CoA and cost structures
• Established common finance processes and developed financial and operational management reporting

Business Controller, Visma Software, 2020–2021
• Financial Controller for Fenistra, responsible for monthly financial and operational reporting to Visma Group and Group finance reviews
• Responsible for customer licensing, order follow-up, recurring billing and reporting for OneStop Reporting following its acquisition by Visma
