Jahn Asle Mørch Hesla
Jahn Asle is an experienced finance transformation leader with extensive experience from large and complex finance and ERP transformations. He has led transformation programmes in both private and public sector organisations, including some of Norway’s largest and most complex businesses. He has also held senior leadership roles in larger organisations, giving him a strong understanding of how finance must support management, operations and strategic execution. His experience covers the implementation of group-wide ERP solutions, finance process redesign and operational improvement. He has led and supported major ERP programmes including Dynamics 365, OEBS and NetSuite and with responsibility across design, configuration, testing, training, rollout and post-go-live support. Jahn Asle also has strong experience in designing and developing finance operating models. He works closely with senior management to strengthen the finance function, improve decision support and secure progress in demanding transformation programmes.

At ADVALO, Karianne works closely with management teams, boards and owners to strengthen finance functions and secure progress in demanding transformation programmes. Her experience includes senior finance roles at Schibsted Media, Telenor Digital and Bertel O. Steen, with responsibility for group reporting, financial systems and process improvements. Karianne holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
