Jahn Asle Mørch Hesla
Jahn Asle is an experienced finance transformation leader with extensive experience from large and complex finance and ERP transformations. He has led transformation programmes in both private and public sector organisations, including some of Norway’s largest and most complex businesses. He has also held senior leadership roles in larger organisations, giving him a strong understanding of how finance must support management, operations and strategic execution. His experience covers the implementation of group-wide ERP solutions, finance process redesign and operational improvement. He has led and supported major ERP programmes including Dynamics 365, OEBS and NetSuite and with responsibility across design, configuration, testing, training, rollout and post-go-live support. Jahn Asle also has strong experience in designing and developing finance operating models. He works closely with senior management to strengthen the finance function, improve decision support and secure progress in demanding transformation programmes.

Agnethe Kopperdal
Agnethe has experience as CFO, Group CFO and in senior finance leadership roles. She brings strong expertise in financial leadership, finance transformation, performance management and operational improvement. She combines broad experience from private equity, listed companies and founder-led businesses with a practical understanding of how finance functions support growth, transactions and strategic execution. At ADVALO, Agnethe works closely with management teams and boards on CFO support, finance transformation, business development and decision support. Her experience includes senior roles at Norrøna, itslearning, Equinor, Statoil Fuel & Retail and EY. Agnethe holds an MBA in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
Morten Bernhardsen
Morten brings experience from CFO, group accounting manager and other senior finance leadership roles. He combines strong financial expertise with a hands-on operational perspective, with particular experience from complex ownership structures, regulated environments and capital market processes. At ADVALO, Morten works as CFO and group accounting manager for PE-backed companies, supporting management teams with reporting, governance, liquidity, financial control and decision support. His experience includes senior finance roles at Huddlestock Fintech, Midelfart Capital, Navamedic, Bulk Infrastructure, Sector Asset Management and Gjensidige. Morten holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
