Ragnhild Ulvik

Ragnhild is an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in business transformation, governance and business performance in large international companies. She has led enterprise-wide transformation programmes, major reorganisations and the development of governance, operating and performance management models across business areas and corporate functions. Throughout her career, Ragnhild has worked closely with executive management teams and boards, both in senior leadership roles and in transformation leadership roles. She combines strategic perspective with practical operational experience and has led change initiatives across the full transformation lifecycle, from analysis and target-state design to implementation, organisational adoption and benefits realisation. Ragnhild has extensive experience in developing finance and corporate operating models and in aligning governance, financial management, data, systems and organisational design to improve decision-making, strengthen performance and deliver measurable business impact.
