The direction of the engagement is shaped together with you. We continuously align on what matters most, and adjust priorities if needs change. This makes sure time is spent where it has the greatest impact.
Price and delivery model are agreed in advance, either as a fixed fee or based on capacity. Changes in scope, extensions or additions are clarified before they are carried out. Any expenses are agreed in advance. Invoicing follows the agreed schedule and payment terms.
We know things can change, and we are always flexible if you want to adjust the scope, content or duration of the engagement.
All information we have access to is treated as confidential and used only in the context of the engagement.
Everything we develop during the engagement belongs to you as the client, and can be carried forward within your organisation after the engagement ends.
We deliver to a high professional standard and within the agreed framework. Liability is limited to matters directly related to the engagement, and capped at a level defined in the agreement.
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Any disagreements are raised early and resolved through dialogue where possible. If formal proceedings become necessary, these take place in accordance with the agreed framework, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
