Experienced and operational finance leader with a solid background from both advisory and line roles, as well as broad experience in management, financial control, and strategy work. Led the financial work in connection with the sale of Mirab AS to Open Air Group, including due diligence, refinancing, and integration. Former Senior Manager at PwC CFO Solutions, with assignments as CFO, Finance Director, and Controller at major Norwegian companies. Known for strong business acumen, high work capacity, and confident communication with boards, owners, and external stakeholders.

Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from NTNU Business School, with an exchange semester at IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, and Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School - Trondheim.

Served as CFO of the parent company Sterna Holdco AS up until the sale of Mirab to Open Air Group in December 2024. Key tasks and experiences included:

Refinancing of the parent company through extension of the credit facility and new equity.
Worked closely with the board, prepared presentations, and participated in strategic discussions.
Preparation of investor presentations and meetings with potential investors. Responsible for the financial and commercial material in the due diligence process with the buyer.
Integration work with the new owner, development of new KPls, change of bank, and revised reporting.

Confidentiality

All information we have access to is treated as confidential and used only in the context of the engagement.

Deliverables & Ownership

Everything we develop during the engagement belongs to you as the client, and can be carried forward within your organisation after the engagement ends.

Responsibility

We deliver to a high professional standard and within the agreed framework. Liability is limited to matters directly related to the engagement, and capped at a level defined in the agreement.

Other Clarifications

The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Any disagreements are raised early and resolved through dialogue where possible. If formal proceedings become necessary, these take place in accordance with the agreed framework, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
